Thank you BASG for organizing this because other students cannot do it.
Below is a proposal to make the 2-day Chess competition into a 1-day setup in order to make the preparation and executive save on resources, and more importantly, make the event more fun for its participants.

About that, we have to see how many participant. I make it two day because there are 32 participant. won't be enough time for just one day.

Thanks for the comment Sebastian. A Team-Format system will enable you to have a clear winner develop in one day. we understand some countries only have one participant, in this case, one suggestion is a partnership between countries can be encouraged. i.e. the one man country can pair up with a two man country to make it a team. this is better for BASG because what happens if two people from the same country have to compete with each other? it'll defeat the purpose of the ASEAN spirit.
